Spicy Tomato & Cheese Grits

Ingredients

               Water       4 Cups

               Salt           ½ Teaspoon

               Grits – Quick Cooking  1 Cup

               Rotel Tomato w/ Chiles      1 Can

               Cheddar Cheese - Shredded         1 Cup

Directions

1.      Bring Water to boil

2.      Add salt, grits

3.      Return to boil

4.      Reduce heat and cook 25 minutes (Stir Often)

5.      Add Tomatoes and cook for 5 more minutes

6.      Add additional water if required

7.      Stir in cheese and let stand until cheese melts
